Julio has been a fixture at the RRC since 1998, working his way up from maintenance person to Superintendent.
Julio hails from El Salvador, one sibling in a family of seven. He emigrated to the United States in 1990 with a few members of his family, and settled in Oakland. Far away from the comforts of his family’s small farm in rural El Salvador, Julio began learning English and the American way of life.
In the summer of 2007, Julio was married, and is thrilled to be living with his wonderful wife. While he dreams of one day returning to El Salvador, Julio is currently content working at the RRC. He enjoys working outdoors and the wide scope of his daily routine.
