Lifeguard Courses

Varies  RRC offers the Lifeguard and Jr Lifeguard Courses 2-3 times per year.  Following the Red Cross program, we are able to teach kids about safety around water, how to help in case of an emergency and basic first aid procedures. The Jr course does not offer any certification, but the Lifeguard Certification course will prepare and offer certification for kids ages 15+.

Little Marlin Swim School

Little Marlin Swim School

Summer only! RRC teaches kids ages 3 and up in private or group lessons. Our format is to book a “session”; Monday-Thursday, but individual lessons are available. Lessons start May 18. Beginners will learn how to put their faces in the water, how to kick, float, and other first skills. After that, kids will advance through basic, intermediate and advanced swimming skills, including freestyle, backstroke, dives and more.

Adult Programs

We strive to offer different opportunities for our adult members who would like to use our pool. You can participate in aquatics at RRC through Water Gym, Masters Swimming, private technique/stroke lessons, video lessons and learn to swim lessons. Additionally, lap swim times are available throughout the day.

Masters Swim

The Masters Swim Program is coached by Melissa Lewis, certified US Masters Swim Coach. The program provides planned workouts for swimmers of all abilities. Workouts are tailored to your ability and fitness level with a special focus on improving your stroke technique. By participating in these workouts you can learn to swim faster, farther and stronger with less effort than before. This is a non-competitive and very supportive environment in which to reach your swimming goals. Whether you want to get some exercise and instruction or you are training for a specific event, come join us in the pool and experience the difference. WaterGym

WaterGym is a fun, water aerobics exercise workout that teaches you to use water as a powerful gym.
