Fitness Center

The Rafael Racquet Club fitness center serves as the perfect spot for members to strengthen, stretch and train their muscles for all of their athletic endeavors.

Youth Release Form: All minors MUST have this form on file in the main office in order to use the fitness room.

Trainer Mike Dench is available for personal training by appointment.  Contact Mike directly at: 415-342-5616.

Fitness Center Amenities

  • Treadmills, ellipticals, stationary and recumbent bikes
  • Free weights and weight benches
  • Strength machines target legs, arms and core muscles
  • Stretching equipment
  • Televisions and radio (sound available through headphones)
  • Personal Training available by appt.

Currently:

Sunrise Yoga: Wedensdays and Fridays from 6am-7am in the Media Room. Drop-in $12.

TRX Workout: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6am-6:45am. Drop-in $12.
