Facilities

The RRC fitness room is equipped with ample cardio and weight lifting machines for all your fitness needs. We sport two treadmills, three bikes and two elliptical trainers. Our cardio machines are hooked up to a TV/stereo system to allow you the comfort of working out to a media experience. The weights, benches, stretching and strength-building equipment are perfect to help you get and stay in shape.
