TriNow Triathlon Class
The TriNow program is geared towards athletes at all levels and workouts are adjusted accordingly. Athletes will be guided through a program designed to improve their strength and endurance in swimming, biking and running to prepare them for a successful triathlon.
During Spring Triathlon Training, several seminars will be offered by various professionals on open water swimming, nutrition for endurance athletes and cycling technique and drills.
All Levels Welcome
Swimming from 10-11am, other workouts from 11am-12:30pm
